Let Me Reach Back.
My goal is to help my clients reconnect with their true selves, in mind, body and spirit. By using a variety of mind-body modalities, such as EMDR, IFS, somatic techniques, and breath work, we will peel back the layers of blockages you’ve accumulated in your life. Through this uncovering, we will find our way back to core of who you are, the you that has been there all along waiting to break free from the chains of the past.
I offer individual counseling to people who are motivated and ready to do the deep work of exploring what is holding them back. I recognize my clients have complicated schedules and varying needs. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to individuals looking to find a therapist in and near Boise, Idaho.
I am a holistic therapist who is passionate about helping people reconnect with their true selves through healing techniques that go beyond talk therapy. I love working with people who are excited to use their mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. I believe in our innate power to heal and by using a blend of the clinical and the intuitive, I have seen how possible it is.
